Finbarr Murphy
A native Cork Northsider and past pupil of the North Monastery AG, Finbarr studied law at UCC and the Law Society of Ireland. A general practitioner for many years, Finbarr is a specialist personal injury lawyer and has vast experience in Injuries Board cases and in Circuit and High Court personal injury litigation.
Finbarr enjoys going to Thurles on Sundays in summer – especially when Cork win!
Catherine Kirwan
Catherine studied law at UCC and the Law Society of Ireland. She is also a certified Mediator’s Institute of Ireland (MII) mediator having studied mediation at CEDR. A general practitioner and a very experienced family lawyer, Catherine has a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from CIT. Catherine also completed the Law Society’s Advanced Advocacy course and does the firm’s court appearance/advocacy work: family, employment, road traffic, personal injury and criminal.
Catherine has a keen interest in music and the arts and has represented many artists and arts organisations over the years.
Fionnuala Flanagan
Fionnuala is a Solicitor in the firm’s Probate Department dealing with extracting grants of probate, the administration of estates, the drafting of wills and conveyancing matters. Fionnuala studied law at UCC and The Law Society of Ireland. In her spare time Fionnuala is actively involved with her local Tidy Towns Group in Sallybrook, Glanmire.
Darragh Tuohy
A native of Mallow in North Cork, Darragh studied Law at U.C.C. and the Law Society of Ireland. He specialises in Conveyancing, and has extensive experience in the sale, purchase, lease and mortgage of property. Darragh played Gaelic Football for Mallow GAA club and he is interested in most sports. In his spare time he enjoys cinema and music.
